2010 is a week ago leaving us with all of memory either it is happy or the other side of it. As usual, many people will make their resolution once New Year is reaching and I also make the resolution. So guys, belacan-sambal is such a silly name is it? But for me, belacan-sambal is a unique name for the blog name. Belacan, or shrimp paste is one of the main ingredient for making a sambal belacan and for me, without sambal belacan in my meal at least once in a day, my life is such like nothing. Uh, for your information, sambal belacan is made from chilli, shrimp paste, lime water and little bit of anchovies.
